Usability and Accessibility features of the RSC Northern site

There are a number of features that may help in navigating around the site:

The navigation list on the left of all pages shows each section of the site. There are also, different, navigation links towards the top of the page in the form of horzontal tabs that can be selected.

Returning to the home page - When you want to return to the home page, you can click on the Home Link which is the very first link on every page. The link is part of the JISC RSC Northern logo at the top left of each page.

Each option in the navigation list on the left and in the tabs has a text hint to explain the content found in that section or page. To see the text hint, move your mouse over the link and wait for a couple of seconds. The text hint should appear.

Visit your browser's help feature for additional information on this and other browser related topics.

Skipping the navigation

If you are using an audio browser and don't wish to have the navigation read out to you on any page, we have included a 'content' link as one of the first entries on the page. If you select this link you will be taken straight to the page content.
