RSC Northern uses a variety of media to distribute news, events, information about the RSC and JISC, as well as developments in e-learning, to learning providers across the North East.

RSC-Northern Moodle - the RSC's Virtual Learning Environment (VLE) is used to featuring event and training documents.

RSC Northern Second Life Island - Second Life is an internet based virtual world, where users (residents) interact with each other through their avatars. It provides an excellent platform for flexible delivery and online education. Learners and facilitators can interact in-world, share information and resources via slides, audio and video, engage in discussions, presentations, group projects and explorations.
