1. Support for Senior Managers

Strategic leadership is, according to the 2007 ALI(OfSTED) report, a significant critical success factor in implementing ILT and e-learning.

A major focus of our support is for the development and implementation of organisational strategies for enhancing learning and teaching through technology. The RSC offers a range of activities including structured visits, forum meetings, liaison with partners and a wide variety of focussed events and workshops.

Its purpose is to provide an introduction to the eQuIP process and resources, which have been designed to increase understanding of the importance of e-learning and technology as a strategic issue, and to encourage significant progress towards harnessing technology in your organisation.
